Cold Caller / Appointment Setter for US Med Spa Campaign (Full-Time, 2 Weeks)

We run an AI receptionist service for medical spas in the US. You'll be cold calling med spa owners in Arizona, Texas, and Florida to book 10-minute demo calls with our founder. IMPORTANT: Include the word "aesthetics" in the first line of your proposal, and attach a 15-30 second voice recording introducing yourself as if you were calling a business. Applications without both will not be reviewed. What you'll do: Make 80-100 outbound dials per day through GoHighLevel (we provide the dialer, list, and script) Get past the front desk to the owner, deliver a short pitch, and book demos into our calendar Tag every call outcome in the CRM Rebook no-shows within 24 hours What we're looking for: Clear, confident spoken English (the recording is the test) Cold calling experience, ideally into US businesses Reliable internet and a quiet workspace GoHighLevel or dialer experience is a plus, not required Pay: hourly rate + $10 bonus per demo that attends (not just books). This starts as a 2-week full-time campaign (40 hrs/week). Perform well and this becomes a long-term ongoing role as we scale the campaign. Hours: US business hours, Eastern to Mountain time coverage (roughly 9am-6pm US time).
