We're hiring experienced cold callers/appointment setters to reach decision makers at US-based construction and engineering firms and book discovery calls. Your responsibilities: Make outbound calls to construction firm owners, project managers, and engineering leads in the US Qualify prospects based on company size, project volume, and staffing needs Pitch our offshore staffing model and its cost benefits Overcome objections about offshore hiring, quality, and reliability Schedule qualified prospects for our 15-minute discovery call Ideal candidate profile: Proven cold calling experience in B2B sales (SaaS, staffing, recruiting, or construction tech preferred) Ability to handle rejection and stay persistent Strong communication skills and natural rapport builder Understanding of construction/engineering industry is a plus but not required
