We are looking for a motivated and confident cold caller / appointment setter to help us reach kitchen and bathroom remodeling companies across the United States. Your job is NOT to hard sell. Your main goal is to start conversations and book demos for our sales team. * Responsibilities - Cold call remodeling companies in the USA - Speak with owners, office managers, or sales managers - Introduce our AI software in a simple and professional way - Qualify interested businesses - Book demo appointments - Track outreach and notes inside CRM/spreadsheet - Follow up with interested prospects - Occasionally send SMS, email, or social media follow-ups * Ideal Candidate - Strong spoken English - Confident and friendly phone presence - Experience with cold calling or appointment setting - Comfortable handling objections - Organized and reliable - Fast learner - Experience calling home service businesses is a plus - Experience with GoHighLevel * Compensation - Hourly pay - Performance bonuses available for booked demos and closed deals * Hours - Part-time - Approximately 20 hours per week - Flexible schedule, but must overlap with USA business hours * KPI Expectations Expected weekly targets: - 300 to 600 outbound calls - 50+ conversations with decision makers - 8 to 15 booked demos per week - Consistent CRM updates and follow-up * To Apply Please include: 1.
