Cold Caller — B2B Outbound Sales (Home Services)

I’m the founder of a digital marketing agency (Leading Lift Solutions) and need a cold caller to book discovery calls with home service contractors (roofing, HVAC, plumbing, landscaping, etc.) What you’ll be doing: • Calling home service business owners from a provided lead list • Following a script that will be provided • Qualifying prospects and booking them into our calendar • Logging all call outcomes in our CRM Requirements: • Clear English communication • Previous cold calling or telemarketing experience (B2B preferred) • Comfortable making 80–120 calls per day • Available Monday–Friday during Canadian business hours (EST) • Reliable internet and quiet work environment Pay: • $8–$10 USD/hr base • $15–$20 USD bonus per qualified appointment booked • Weekly pay via Upwork To apply: Record a 60-second voice memo introducing yourself and explaining your cold calling experience and/or submit successful cold calling recordings.
