Cold Caller Needed for Vacant Land Real Estate Campaign (Part-Time)

Summary

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented cold caller to contact vacant land owners on behalf of our real estate investment company. This is a trial position starting at 5 hours per week. If the campaign performs well, additional hours and long-term work will be available. Responsibilities * Make outbound calls to vacant land owners using Quo (browser-based phone system) * Follow a simple script and ask a few qualifying questions * Collect property information and seller motivation * If there is no answer, send a follow-up text message * Record detailed notes in Google Sheets * Add interested leads and their information into our Trello CRM * Maintain accurate records of all conversations and follow-up tasks Requirements * Excellent English speaking skills with a clear and professional phone presence * Quiet work environment with minimal background noise * Reliable internet connection * Comfortable following scripts while maintaining natural conversations * Strong attention to detail * Ability to accurately document call outcomes and lead information * Previous cold calling experience preferred * Vacant land or real estate experience is a plus Schedule * 5 hours per week during the trial phase * Tuesday and Thursday * 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM Eastern Time (New York) * Consistent availability during these hours is required Tools Used * Quo (phone system) * Google Sheets * Trello CRM Questions for Applicants 1. Please provide an audio recording introducing yourself so we can evaluate voice quality and communication skills. Additional Information * Calls may be monitored and reviewed for training and quality assurance purposes. * Applicants must have a professional work environment suitable for making outbound calls. This is a trial campaign. We are looking for someone dependable, organized, and comfortable speaking with property owners. If the campaign performs well, additional hours and long-term opportunities will be available.
