We run outbound calling campaigns targeting US real estate professionals — landlords, property owners, realtors, property managers, and similar contacts. We need reliable cold callers who can jump between campaigns, follow scripts, and hold real conversations. What You Will Do - Make 40-60+ outbound calls per shift using provided scripts and contact lists - Call into different target types depending on the campaign: landlords, property owners, licensed realtors, property management companies, investors - Introduce services, ask discovery questions, qualify interest, and handle objections naturally - Book follow-up appointments or warm transfers with our sales team - Log every call outcome immediately in our CRM — no batching at end of shift - Adapt quickly when campaigns change — new scripts, new targets, same professionalism Target Types You Will Call - Landlords and property owners (vacancy issues, tenant screening, management pain points) - Licensed realtors and brokers (partnership opportunities, referral programs) - Property management companies (technology, efficiency, portfolio growth) - Real estate investors (deal flow, market data, listing services) This is conversational outreach. You start relationships and qualify interest — you do not hard-sell or pressure anyone. Requirements - Clear spoken English that US professionals can understand easily on the phone - Previous cold calling, appointment setting, or outbound phone experience - Comfortable with high daily call volume while staying energetic and professional - Must overlap US business hours (9am-5pm Eastern or Central) - Stable internet, quiet workspace, quality headset - Coachable — can follow scripts but also think on your feet when conversations go off-track Pay $3-5/hr depending on experience, plus $25-$50 per qualified appointment booked. Consistency bonuses for hitting weekly targets. Pay review at 60 days for strong performers. Start Date: Immediate — we are looking to onboard this week. To Apply 1.
