# Cold Calling & Sales Development Representative (Video Marketing Agency) ## Role Overview We are a fast-growing video marketing agency specializing in high-performing short-form content, faceless channels, and AI-driven video production. We are looking for a motivated Cold Calling & Sales Development Representative to generate qualified leads, reach out to potential clients, and help scale our agency’s client acquisition system. Your mission is simple: start conversations, qualify opportunities, and book sales calls with decision-makers. ## Key Responsibilities * Conduct outbound cold calls to potential business clients. * Identify and qualify leads for our video marketing services. * Present our agency’s services in a clear and compelling way. * Book meetings and sales calls for the closing team. * Follow up with leads via phone, email, or messaging. * Maintain and manage CRM data (leads, notes, follow-ups). * Research target companies and decision-makers. * Continuously improve outreach scripts and messaging based on performance. * Work closely with the sales and marketing team to optimize conversion rates. ## Requirements * Experience in cold calling, telesales, or outbound sales (preferred but not required). * Strong communication and persuasion skills. * Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers. * High level of motivation and resilience (handling rejection is part of the job). * Good understanding of sales funnels and lead generation. * Ability to work independently and hit targets. * Fluent English (additional languages are a plus). ## Nice to Have * Experience in marketing, advertising, or agency environments. * Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Close, etc.). * Understanding of video marketing, social media, or digital advertising. * Previous remote sales experience. ## Compensation * Base salary + performance-based commission (or commission-only structure depending on role setup). * High earning potential for top performers. ## Success Metrics * Number of qualified leads generated per week. * Number of booked sales calls. * Conversion rate from cold call to appointment. * Revenue influenced through generated leads. * Consistency and quality of outreach activity.
