Cold Caller for B2B Outreach

I need an experienced cold caller for B2B outreach for my digital marketing agency. The goal is to book qualified decision-maker meetings by calling a list of ~70 prospects per day. I'll provide a script and lead list. Compensation: $3-5/hr base + $10-20 commission per qualified, held meeting (not just booked) — strong performers can realistically earn $60-100+/day. "Qualified" means the meeting is with the right decision-maker (matching title/company size/industry) who has expressed genuine interest — not just anyone who agreed to a call. Looking for someone with a proven track record of cold calling, excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral accent easy for US/UK prospects to understand, and strong comfort handling objections and rejection.
