Cold Caller for Luxury Apartments

Uptown Biz Solutions is seeking a confident, professional U.S.-based cold caller and appointment setter to contact luxury apartment communities in the Dallas area. You will speak with leasing teams, property managers, resident-experience staff, and other decision-makers to introduce our move-in concierge and resident service solutions. The primary goal is to identify qualified opportunities and schedule meetings with apartment decision-makers. Responsibilities include: • Making outbound B2B calls to apartment communities • Professionally introducing our services • Identifying the correct decision-maker • Handling basic objections and follow-up questions • Scheduling qualified meetings • Accurately documenting call outcomes and follow-ups • Providing call recordings or detailed call notes The ideal candidate has: • Strong, clear, natural U.S. English communication • A confident and persuasive phone presence • Experience in B2B cold calling, appointment setting, telemarketing, or business development • The ability to sound conversational rather than scripted • Reliability and strong follow-through Experience with apartments, property management, real estate, hospitality, resident services, or local business outreach is preferred but not required. This position will begin with approximately three paid hours. Additional weekly hours and performance bonuses may be available based on call quality, activity, qualified appointments, and results.
