We are looking for an experienced cold caller to help us contact mobile home park owners and identify potential acquisition opportunities. Our company owns and operates mobile home communities, and we are looking to speak directly with park owners who may be open to selling, discussing their property, or learning more about possible options. You will be calling property owners from a provided lead list, following a call script, asking basic qualifying questions, taking clear notes, and setting appointments for our acquisitions team when there is interest. This is a long-term opportunity for the right person who is reliable, professional, consistent, and comfortable speaking with property owners. Responsibilities Make outbound calls to mobile home park owners Follow a provided script while sounding natural and conversational Identify owners who may be interested in selling or having a follow-up conversation Ask basic qualifying questions about the property and ownership situation Record accurate notes after each call Update call status and lead information in our tracking system Schedule qualified appointments for our acquisitions team Follow up with owners as needed Maintain a professional and respectful tone at all times Requirements Prior cold calling, appointment setting, or outbound sales experience Strong spoken English Comfortable speaking with business owners and property owners Ability to follow a script and handle objections Organized and detail-oriented Reliable internet connection Quiet work environment Consistent availability during U.S. business hours Ability to track calls, notes, and outcomes accurately Preferred Experience Real estate cold calling Commercial real estate outreach Mobile home park, self-storage, multifamily, or land owner outreach Seller lead generation CRM experience Experience booking appointments for acquisitions or sales teams Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is persistent, professional, and detail-oriented. You understand that cold calling requires consistency and follow-up. You are not pushy, but you are confident, clear, and able to guide the conversation. You should be able to quickly identify whether an owner is not interested, mildly interested, or a strong follow-up opportunity.
