Cold Caller for Real Estate

Cold Caller & Appointment Setter (Vacation Rental Owners) We are looking for a confident, professional cold caller to contact short-term rental (Airbnb/VRBO) property owners and schedule appointments for our vacation rental management company. Your primary responsibility is to make outbound calls to qualified leads, build rapport with property owners, identify interest, and schedule appointments with our team. We are looking for someone who is personable, persistent, and comfortable handling objections. Responsibilities Make outbound calls to qualified short-term rental owner leads Introduce our vacation rental management services Qualify interested property owners Schedule appointments on our calendar Maintain accurate notes and call outcomes in our CRM Follow up with leads when appropriate Requirements Previous cold calling or appointment setting experience Excellent spoken English with a pleasant, smooth, and easy-to-understand accent Confident and professional on the phone Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment Experience with real estate, hospitality, or vacation rentals is a plus Compensation This is a performance-based position. $20 for every qualified appointment that is booked An additional $15 bonus when the prospect attends the scheduled appointment This means you'll earn up to $35 for every appointment that both books and shows. We're looking for someone focused on quality, not just quantity. Appointments should be with genuinely interested property owners who are a good fit for our services.
