Cold Caller for Real Estate (English Fluent) Position: Real Estate Cold Caller (Part-Time or Full-Time) We are a growing real estate team in South Florida looking for an experienced, confident cold caller to help generate listing opportunities and build relationships with homeowners. This is not a customer service role. We are looking for someone who enjoys speaking with people, can confidently handle objections, and knows how to convert conversations into qualified appointments. Responsibilities You will be responsible for making outbound calls to homeowners to: * Circle prospect around our active listings and recently sold properties. * Call neighborhoods surrounding our listings to identify homeowners interested in selling. * Prospect around newly listed properties to uncover potential sellers. * Invite homeowners to upcoming open houses. * Farm targeted neighborhoods through consistent outbound calling. * Qualify homeowner motivation and gather important information. * Set qualified listing appointments directly on my calendar. * Maintain accurate notes and update the CRM after each conversation. Requirements * Previous cold calling experience is **required**. * Experience in real estate cold calling is highly preferred. * Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls each day. * Strong objection-handling and conversational skills. * Positive attitude with excellent communication skills. * Reliable internet connection and quality headset. * Ability to follow scripts while sounding natural and conversational. * Organized and detail-oriented. Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who: * Is confident speaking with homeowners. * Doesn't get discouraged by rejection. * Can build rapport quickly. * Is self-motivated and dependable. * Wants to be part of a growing real estate business. * Takes pride in generating results, not just making calls. Success in This Role Success will be measured by: * Calls made * Conversations with homeowners * Qualified seller leads generated * Listing appointments set * Accuracy of CRM notes and follow-up Compensation Please include: * Your desired hourly rate. * Your cold calling experience. * Any real estate experience. * The dialing systems and CRMs you've used. * Your availability and time zone.
