Cold Callers Needed — $150 | Remote Recondite Network is looking for 2–3 confident cold callers to contact local businesses in the US and book qualified sales appointments for our team. This is ongoing work for callers who perform well. PAY $150 for every 10 appointments you book that actually show up to the scheduled meeting. A booking only counts once the prospect attends the meeting. 10 attended appointments = $150 No-shows do not count Payment is made after the 10 qualifying attended appointments are completed Successful callers can continue onto further batches WHAT WE PROVIDE You do not need to find your own prospects. We provide: Fresh business prospect lists to call Your own Recondite Network CRM login A dashboard showing the prospects assigned to you Cold-calling scripts Objection-handling scripts Booking calendar A simple system for recording call outcomes, notes and follow-ups Your job is straightforward: Call → Speak to the business owner → Book the meeting → Update the CRM REQUIREMENTS You must: Speak clear, confident English Be comfortable cold calling US business owners Have your own phone dialer/calling setup capable of calling US businesses We do not provide a phone dialer Be available for around 2–3 hours of calling per day Be comfortable using a CRM Follow the scripts and calling process provided Keep call outcomes and notes accurate Be reliable and consistent BEFORE BEING ACCEPTED Shortlisted applicants will complete a short script-reading/mock cold-call test through Upwork so we can check your English, confidence and delivery.
