**Virtual Assistant – Cold Calling & CRM Lead Logging (Real Estate)** We are a mobile home park acquisition company based in Charlotte, NC actively acquiring properties across the Southeast and Midwest. We're looking for a disciplined, professional VA to make outbound cold calls to mobile home park owners and log results in our CRM (HubSpot). **What You'll Do:** - Make 100+ outbound cold calls per day to mobile home park owners from a provided list - Qualify owners using a simple script (we will train you) - Log all call outcomes accurately in HubSpot following our SOP - Communicate daily activity and results via Slack **What We're Looking For:** - Excellent English communication skills — clear, professional phone presence is non-negotiable - Prior cold calling or phone sales experience preferred - HubSpot experience a plus but not required — we will train - Self-motivated, reliable, and able to hit daily dial targets consistently - Stable internet connection and quiet calling environment **Compensation:** - Competitive hourly base rate - Closing bonus paid when a deal sourced from your calls closes — we close deals and we reward the people who help make them happen **Details:** - Part-time to start with full-time potential based on performance - Must be available during US business hours - Long-term engagement for the right person ---
