Cold-Calling Outreach Specialist for Small Business Website Services

Contact Light Creative helps small and established businesses get clean, modern websites at a lower cost than many traditional web design agencies. We are looking for reliable cold-calling specialists or small outreach teams who can contact local business owners and identify companies that may be interested in improving their current websites. The Project: You will contact businesses whose websites appear: * Outdated * Poorly designed * Incomplete * Difficult to use * No longer representative of the quality of the business * Limited to social media without a professional website We are especially interested in established local service businesses, including: * Medical and dental practices * Med spas and wellness businesses * Salons and beauty businesses * Real estate companies * Hotels and hospitality businesses * Auto repair and service businesses * Gyms and fitness companies * Other strong local businesses Your Role: Your main responsibility is to: * Call the business * Ask for the owner, manager, or correct decision-maker * Briefly introduce Contact Light Creative * Explain that we help businesses modernize and improve their websites * Determine whether there is genuine interest * Collect the best contact information and useful notes * Send qualified opportunities to our team for follow-up You are not expected to design the website or close the full project yourself. Our team handles the website mockup, project scope, pricing, follow-up, and closing. We can often prepare an initial website concept within 24–48 hours for a qualified prospect. Prospect Lists: We can provide a call sheet with prequalified businesses so you can focus primarily on outreach. If you already have a strong prospect-research process, you may also identify businesses yourself using Google, Google Maps, local directories, or other reliable sources. Target Market: We are open to outreach in many countries. In most cases, we prefer callers to contact businesses within their own country or a market they know well. This usually makes communication easier, improves local trust, and avoids the need for international calls. You do not need to focus on the United States unless that is a market your team already knows and can call effectively. Who We Are Looking For: This project may be a good fit if you are: * Comfortable making outbound cold calls * Professional and friendly on the phone * Confident speaking with business owners * Able to identify genuine interest * Organized with prospect notes and follow-up information * Reliable and consistent * Familiar with your local business market Previous experience in cold calling, appointment setting, lead generation, customer service, business development, or sales is strongly preferred. We are initially looking to test the process with one or two callers. If the outreach is effective, there may be an opportunity to continue and expand the project.
