Summary

We are seeking a motivated and friendly Cold Calling & Lead Generation Representative to contact apartment complexes, storage facilities, property management companies, and other businesses to introduce our furniture pickup and cleanout services. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, organized, and comfortable speaking with property managers to generate qualified leads. Responsibilities * Make outbound calls to apartment complexes, storage facilities, and property management offices. * Introduce our furniture pickup and cleanout services professionally. * Build relationships with property managers and leasing offices. * Identify communities with furniture left behind after move-outs. * Collect contact information and decision-maker details. * Schedule follow-up calls or meetings when appropriate. * Maintain accurate records of calls, notes, and outcomes in a spreadsheet or CRM. * Follow provided call scripts while sounding natural and conversational. * Meet daily and weekly call and lead goals. Qualifications * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Comfortable making 75–150 outbound calls per day. * Strong organizational and note-taking skills. * Basic computer skills (Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM software). * Previous sales, telemarketing, customer service, or appointment-setting experience preferred but not required. * Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
