Cold Calling for Digital Marketing

We are a South African web agency that builds professional websites for small businesses within 24 hours. Our model is simple: we find businesses with no website, build them a free demo, and show it to them on a 10-minute call. They only pay if they love it. We're looking for a confident, results-driven cold caller to join our team on a freelance basis. What you'll be doing Calling small business owners from a pre-screened lead list (we provide the leads) Identifying businesses without a website and getting them curious Booking 10-minute demo calls directly into our closer's calendar while the prospect is still on the phone Logging every call outcome in a shared Google Sheet What success looks like Approximately 100 calls and 5 booked appointments per day. Some days will be better than others — we're realistic about that. What we're looking for Based in South Africa Own phone and calling setup (we do not provide a phone system) Confident, clear communicator in English and Afrikaans Self-managed and honest — we track bookings, not clock-ins Previous cold calling or telesales experience Compensation Negotiable depending on experience
