Cold Email Infrastructure Setup on SmartLead (Domains, Warm-up, Deliverability)

We are an AI and automation consultancy based in Spain. We run an outbound cold email channel and we need an experienced freelancer to build a clean, high deliverability sending infrastructure that our own team can operate afterwards. This is a one-time setup with full handover, not ongoing campaign management. What we need: Our current setup has deliverability problems (bounce rate around 8 percent, suspected spam placement, low volume). We want a properly structured multi-domain system on SmartLead, with verification and warm-up done right, integrated with the lead pipeline we already run. We know what we want built. We need someone who has done this many times. Scope of work (in scope): Secondary sending domains with a maximum of 2 to 3 inboxes each, on Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365 (SMTP welcome if you recommend it). Natural sender names. SPF, DKIM and DMARC configured and verified on every domain. Warm-up for all inboxes (around 30 days before launch) and ongoing warm-up after launch. A pre-send email verification step (MillionVerifier or similar) to get the bounce rate well under 2 percent. SmartLead set up: all inboxes connected, sending limits, rotation and ESP matching. A 3-email sequence in SmartLead with spintax and no links or images in the first emails. We provide the copy. Integration with our existing lead pipeline (we already scrape and enrich leads with n8n and Apollo). Deliverability monitoring (MxToolbox, Google Postmaster Tools or equivalent). A short setup document plus a handover call. Out of scope: Copywriting (we write our own copy, in Spanish). Lead list building and ICP definition (we own our targeting). Ongoing campaign management (this is a build plus handover). Requirements: Proven experience building cold email infrastructure at volume. Hands-on with SmartLead (or Instantly or comparable). Domain and DNS configuration on Google Workspace and Microsoft 365. Strong warm-up and deliverability track record (low bounce, good inbox placement). Comfortable integrating sending tools with automation or APIs. n8n a plus. Portfolio, case studies or references. Account ownership and access: To protect our sender reputation, all domains, email accounts and tool subscriptions are purchased under our billing and remain ours. You configure inside our accounts. Access is granted for the project and revoked at handover. We do not share long-term credentials or payment methods. Deliverables: A fully configured sending infrastructure (domains, inboxes, DNS) ready to send. A SmartLead account with all inboxes connected, warm-up running and limits set. A pre-send verification step in place. A 3-email sequence template with spintax, ready for our copy. Integration with our existing lead lists. Deliverability monitoring configured.
