Cold Email & LinkedIn Outreach Specialist for B2B Software Agency

We’re looking for a cold email and LinkedIn outreach specialist to help build pipeline for a UK software and AI development studio targeting US businesses. Meridian builds custom software, AI automations, internal tools and workflow systems for businesses stuck with manual admin, spreadsheets, disconnected systems or inefficient processes. This role is focused on the top of the sales pipeline: Lead research → Decision-maker sourcing → Outreach → Replies → Booked calls You will help with: * Building targeted lead lists * Finding relevant decision-makers * Researching companies before outreach * Sending cold emails and LinkedIn messages * Managing follow-ups * Testing different outreach angles * Tracking replies and interested prospects * Booking qualified calls where possible * Keeping activity clearly logged in the CRM or tracking sheet We are not looking for spammy outreach. We want someone who can send thoughtful, relevant messages to businesses that may genuinely need better systems, automation or internal software. The initial markets will likely include operationally heavy industries such as property, construction, trades, logistics, events, recruitment, healthcare admin, dental groups and professional services. You should have experience with B2B outreach and be comfortable working with tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Instantly, Smartlead, Google Sheets, Notion, HubSpot or similar systems. This can become a long-term role if results are strong.
