Cold Email Outreach & Lead Generation Specialist (Smartlead / Instantly / Apollo)

Summary We are looking for an experienced Cold Email Outreach Specialist to help generate qualified leads and book meetings with decision-makers. This role requires someone who understands the complete outbound process, from lead sourcing and list building to campaign setup, deliverability, follow-up management, and appointment setting. Responsibilities: • Build targeted prospect lists using Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other lead generation tools • Verify leads and maintain high-quality data • Set up and manage cold email campaigns in Smartlead or Instantly • Configure SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records • Write and optimize cold email sequences • Monitor deliverability, reply rates, and campaign performance • Qualify interested prospects and book meetings • Maintain campaign reports and outreach tracking Requirements: • Experience with Smartlead, Instantly, Apollo, or similar platforms • Strong understanding of cold email deliverability • Experience with B2B lead generation and appointment setting • Strong communication and copywriting skills • Detail-oriented and results-driven When Applying Please Include: • Your experience with cold email outreach • Tools you regularly use • Examples of campaigns you have managed • Results achieved (reply rates, positive replies, meetings booked) This project will begin as a small paid test and may lead to ongoing work for the right person.
