Summary

Responsibilities Cold calling and Marketing Strategy for SaaS Lead Generation & Prospecting: Research and identify potential clients, industries, and decision-makers who could benefit from Salesforce consulting services. Outreach: Execute cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to engage prospects, introduce our services, and spark interest. Qualify Leads: Engage with prospects to understand their challenges, needs, and pain points, ensuring alignment with our services. Schedule Meetings: Book qualified discovery calls or demos for the sales team to further explore opportunities. CRM Management: Accurately log activities, track leads, and update sales pipeline status in our CRM system. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and ensure alignment with campaigns. Market Feedback: Provide insights on market trends, prospect challenges, and the competitive landscape to inform business strategies. Requirements Proven experience as an SDR, business development professional, or similar sales role, ideally in the technology or consulting space. Strong understanding of Salesforce and its ecosystem (preferred but not required). Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a persuasive and engaging approach. Proficient in using CRM tools (Salesforce experience is a plus) and prospecting tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed outreach and meeting targets. Highly organized, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask. Comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Preferred Skills Familiarity with Salesforce consulting services, including implementation, customization, and support. Experience targeting industries such as technology, healthcare, finance, or retail. Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to improve outreach performance.
