We need someone to email those businesses, get the ones who say yes set up with the tool, and keep things moving until they're using it. It's all email — no calls, no demos, no Zoom. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Take ~30 prospects from our list each day - Find the right contact (marketing director, owner, or content manager — not info@) and verify their email with Hunter.io - Spend a minute on their website, grab one personalization detail, drop it into our pitch template, load them into Smartlead - Handle whatever comes back using our templates and stock answers; pass interested prospects' onboarding details to us, then deliver their setup once we send it back - Keep the tracker spreadsheet up to date We write the templates. You run the conversation. VOLUME AND HOURS ~150 emails/week (~30/day) 15-20 hours/week 3-4 months minimum, possibly longer RED FLAGS - Anyone promising "guaranteed X conversions per month" - Agencies or teams — we want to work with the actual person TRIAL Paid 5-hour trial first. 30 prospects, our template, our stock answers. If it goes well, we keep going.
