We are seeking a long-term E-Commerce & Digital Operations Manager to help oversee and grow our online presence across multiple sales channels. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building systems, staying organized, and helping a premium lifestyle brand grow. Responsibilities * Shopify store management * Etsy store management * Product launches and product setup * Product descriptions and content organization * Inventory management and accuracy * Google Merchant Center management * Pinterest management and growth * Email marketing coordination * SEO implementation and optimization * AI search readiness and content organization * Website updates and quality control * Product photography organization * Collection and category management * Monitoring store performance and identifying improvements The Ideal Candidate * Excellent written and spoken English * Previous Shopify and e-commerce experience * Highly organized and detail-oriented * Comfortable working independently * Experience with lifestyle, apparel, home goods, bedding, or wellness brands * Familiar with Google Merchant, Pinterest, and email marketing * Understands modern SEO and e-commerce best practices * Appreciates premium, minimalist, and natural-fiber brands What We Are Looking For We are not looking for a simple virtual assistant or social media manager.
