We run digital marketing for fiber and broadband internet providers, and we're looking for a specialist who has actually driven online sign-ups before, not someone who's confident they could figure it out. The goal is simple to describe and hard to do well: get people from a Meta ad, a Google ad, or an organic search result to a sign-up flow where they check serviceability, pick a plan, and schedule installation online. Think of it like an e-commerce checkout, except the product is a recurring internet subscription tied to a physical address. What you'd own: Building and managing paid campaigns on Meta and Google, plus SEO work to grow organic sign-ups. You'd handle the full path from ad to completed sign-up: audience targeting, creative direction, landing pages, conversion tracking, and optimizing toward actual schedule-completions rather than clicks or form-fills that go nowhere. What we're looking for: Someone who has run paid social, paid search, or SEO that pushed traffic into an online cart or sign-up flow and can talk specifically about what worked, what the funnel looked like, and what the numbers were. Address-based serviceability checks, plan selection, and online scheduling are central to what we do, so experience with multi-step conversion flows matters more than generic "I run ads" experience.
