Who We Are NORDMOND is a fast-growing e-commerce brand focused on premium home care and cleaning-support products, sold mainly on Amazon US and Amazon Canada. We are in a strong growth phase and our goal is to scale aggressively in the US market, expand beyond Amazon, and build a stronger product line in the cleaning and home care category. Our goal is to turn NORDMOND into a premium, organized, and scalable brand — not just another Amazon product. We are a small, remote team with high standards. We move fast, communicate clearly, and expect people to take ownership of results. This is not a freelance gig, side project, or short-term role. We are looking for someone who wants to become a key person inside the company, help organize the business, coordinate priorities, and scale NORDMOND to the next level. Why This Role Exists NORDMOND has reached a stage where growth is limited by execution, structure, and operational capacity. Right now, the CEO is still involved in too many areas: Amazon performance, KPI review, product development, suppliers, inventory, creative direction, and growth decisions. We need an Operations Manager who can take ownership of day-to-day execution, manage priorities, coordinate partners and team members, and help improve performance through better structure, testing, and follow-up. Success in this role means: • The CEO is no longer the bottleneck for daily operational decisions • Agencies, suppliers, and internal team members are clearly managed and held accountable • Amazon performance improves through better execution, testing, and cost control • Product launches and expansion projects are planned and executed with clarity What You Will Own This role is about ownership, not task completion. You will own and support: • Daily operations and priority management • Amazon performance follow-up, KPIs, and problem-solving • Coordination with logistics, suppliers, agencies, freelancers, and influencer platforms • Making sure projects are completed on time • Improving listings, conversion, packaging, and customer experience • Product research, launches, and product pipeline organization • Cost control and operational efficiency • Expansion into new sales channels • Clear reporting to the CEO with problems, opportunities, and next actions You are expected to think independently, propose solutions, and act like a brand owner. This is a hands-on role. You must be willing to both lead and execute. Who This Role Is NOT For This role is not suitable for: • People looking for a side hustle or secondary income • Candidates managing multiple clients or brands at the same time • People who need constant direction or step-by-step instructions • Anyone with short-term intentions or unstable availability We are looking for one person who wants to commit deeply to one brand and grow with it long term. Standards and Expectations We hold high standards and expect the same from you. • You take ownership of outcomes, not just tasks • You communicate clearly, proactively, and professionally • You follow up until projects are completed • You are comfortable working remotely with accountability • You think in systems, priorities, and long-term growth • You are willing to learn, improve, and adapt as NORDMOND scales This is a key role working closely with the CEO and helping build the structure needed for the next stage of growth. Compensation and Structure • Salary range: 800$ • Fully remote and flexible • Must mostly align with EEST working hours • Long-term growth potential as the company scales • Key position working closely with the CEO How to Apply Please send: 1.
