Commercial Floor Plan Refinement

I am in the early concept phase for a combined coffee roastery, bakery, and retail cafe. I have already drafted an initial floor plan, but I need a professional to take this draft, refine it, and help me make structural adjustments to optimize the layout. I need an accurate, functional 2D floor plan that adheres to commercial standards. I need to move walls, adjust the layout for better traffic flow, and ensure the space accommodates the specific operational needs of a roastery/bakery/retail setup. Scope of Work: Review: Examine my existing rough draft/renderings. Drafting: Create a clean, dimensioned 2D floor plan (CAD or industry-standard format) that I can use for planning and contractor consultations. Layout Adjustments: Assist with adjusting the layout to improve the "flow" between the production side (roasting/baking) and the customer-facing retail side. Optimization: Provide insight on space utilization—ensuring equipment fits correctly, health/safety standards are considered, and customer queues don't interfere with production workflows. Requirements: Experience with commercial kitchen, cafe, or retail space design. Ability to work from rough sketches/digital mockups. Proficiency in CAD, SketchUp, or similar drafting software.
