Need experienced commercial permit drafter to revise City of Boise correction drawings for rooftoppergola. Engineer will review/stamp structural items; this scope is drafting and architectural/code-plan support only. Work includes C0.0/C1.0 cleanup, egress plan, rooftop seating plan, occupant load, RCP/exit signs/emergency lighting plan, drawing index update, revision clouds, and response-to-comments matrix. Must have experience with commercial permit corrections
