Commercial Real Estate Lead Generation Specialist Needed - $300 Per Suite (4 Suites Total)

I am looking for a Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Specialist to help me find tenants who will rent and lease out my commercial suites. I have 4 suites in total, and I will be paying $300 per suite for successful tenant lead generation and actually renting the space out. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY NOT A BROKER OR LEGAL ROLE. You do not handle any lease paperwork or negotiations; we already have a team that is able to handle that. You are only focused on finding tenants that will actually lease out and rent out the space, and that are ready to rent it out and forward it over to our team. What you will do: You will list each suite on major commercial leasing platforms such as: LoopNet, Crexi, City Feet, Craigslist, and more. You will also improve RSU Property Management Corp's SEO and GBP Optimization, Directory Submissions, and more, and make sure all information on the internet is up-to-date. Actively do out reach and prospect for tenants such as (Local businesses wanting to expand in the area), Franchise Outreach, and more. Respond very quickly to all of our inquiries. Pre-qualify tenants based on my criteria. Give daily mini updates and full weekly updates on what you have worked on through email, etc. These are my requirements: You must have experience in commercial real estate leasing and also tenant outreach or CRE Lead generation. Proven ability to find tenants for retail/office/industrial/medical spaces Strong communication and follow‑up skills Ability to work independently and move fast Familiarity with LoopNet/Crexi or other CRE platforms Someone who is proactive, persistent, and results‑driven Compensation: You will be paid $300 per suite. We have a total of 4 suites, which is a total amount of $1,200 in profit, and also bonus opportunities available for exceptional performance.
