Commercial Real Estate Lead Researcher / Executive Assistant

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual to help build a targeted contact database for a new commercial real estate investment platform focused on acquiring distressed, sub-performing, and performing commercial real estate notes. This is not a basic data-entry role. We need someone who understands, or is willing to learn quickly, the commercial real estate and lending space. The ideal candidate will be familiar with banks, private lenders, debt funds, PE firms, special servicers, loan sale advisors, receivers, workout attorneys, and commercial mortgage brokers. Main Objective Build a high-quality database of contacts for us to call on, including decision-makers who may be involved with commercial real estate loans, loan sales, distressed debt, special assets, workouts, and note sales.
