Summary

Clopton Capital is looking for a highly organized Commercial Real Estate Loan Coordinator to help manage commercial real estate financing transactions from borrower intake through closing. This person will work directly with the owner and lending team to collect borrower documents, organize loan files, prepare deal summaries, coordinate lender submissions, follow up with borrowers and lenders, track missing items, and help move transactions through underwriting and closing. The right candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, persistent, and comfortable managing multiple active files at once. Experience in commercial real estate, mortgage processing, commercial banking, SBA lending, title, escrow, or real estate transaction coordination is strongly preferred. Responsibilities include: Send borrower document checklists after initial calls Collect and organize loan documents Track missing items and follow up with clients Prepare first-draft loan summaries Package files for lender review Coordinate lender submissions Track lender responses and follow-up dates Help manage closing checklists and loan conditions Maintain CRM and deal pipeline updates Provide regular status updates to ownership Qualifications: Strong organization and communication skills Experience handling financial, real estate, or loan documents preferred Comfortable following up with clients, lenders, and third parties Ability to manage multiple transactions at once Strong attention to detail Proficiency with email, spreadsheets, CRM systems, and document management tools Commercial real estate or lending experience is a plus
