Commercial Real Estate Research Analyst (Paid Trial Project)

We are building a proprietary commercial real estate acquisition database focused on RV parks, mobile home parks, self-storage facilities, and small commercial properties in the Pacific Northwest. We are looking for a detail-oriented Commercial Real Estate Research Analyst to complete a paid trial project. This is not a sales or cold-calling position. Your primary responsibility is to research public records and organize accurate information into a standardized acquisition report. The ideal candidate enjoys investigation, attention to detail, and documenting sources. Responsibilities * Research county assessor records * Research Secretary of State business records * Verify property ownership * Locate parcel numbers * Identify mailing addresses * Research acreage, site counts, and property characteristics * Organize findings into a professional report * Clearly identify information that could not be verified Important Accuracy is far more important than speed. If information cannot be verified, write: UNKNOWN – Needs Verification Never guess or invent information. Every factual statement should include its source. Successful candidates may be offered ongoing work (5–10 hours per week) researching commercial real estate opportunities.
