Commission-Based B2B Healthcare Sales Representative (AI Hospital OS / EHR)

We are Technoconsultancy and Services, and we have developed MedSphere AI — an advanced, 100% web-based clinical operating system and EHR designed to digitize operations and introduce clinical AI safety suites to private clinics, medical practices, day surgery centers, and nursing homes. We are seeking independent, commission-only B2B Healthcare Sales Representatives based globally (with priority focus in GCC/UAE, Philippines, and Africa) to identify private practitioners, present our software, and close monthly subscription contracts. YOUR ROLE: • Prospect and qualify local private clinics, general practitioners, pediatricians, cardiologists, and small polyclinics. • Schedule and conduct short 10-minute online screen-share demonstrations of the MedSphere AI platform (sandbox account provided). • Onboard clinics to one of our international SaaS tiers: - Global Starter (Clinic): $49/month (Recurring commission: $12.25/mo per clinic) - Global Pro (Nursing Home/Polyclinic): $149/month (Recurring commission: $37.25/mo per clinic) • Maintain client relations and support them during setup. WHAT WE PROVIDE: • Fully functional live sandboxed demonstration portal (https://hospital.technocons.com/). • Highly polished PDF booklets, case studies, and email outreach collateral. • Dynamic multi-currency UI support (USD, EUR, GBP, AED, SAR). • Technical backend support and Stripe international billing integration. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: • 2+ years of experience in B2B medical/pharmaceutical sales (e.g. Medical Representative, Medical Device Sales, B2B Telemarketing). • Strong communication and presentation skills in English. • Self-motivated and comfortable working on a pure commission-only commission structure.
