Commission-Based Business Development & Sales Closer (AI / Web Agency Clients) – Zyntaur

We are Zyntaur, a growing AI automation and web solutions agency. We help businesses improve their online presence, automate workflows, and increase revenue through modern AI-driven solutions. We are looking for a high-performing business development / sales closer who can: Find and attract potential clients (lead generation support is a plus) Join client meetings (Zoom / Google Meet) Present our services confidently Close deals and convert leads into paying clients Work closely with our team to improve conversion rates This is a pure commission-based role, ideal for someone who is confident in sales and wants high earning potential without fixed salary limits. Responsibilities Identify and approach potential business clients (online outreach, networking, etc.) Schedule and attend sales meetings with prospects Understand client needs and pitch Zyntaur services effectively Close deals and handle objections professionally Maintain communication with our internal team regarding leads and progress Requirements Proven experience in sales / business development / closing deals (tech or agency experience is a plus) Strong communication and negotiation skills Comfortable joining client calls and presenting services Self-motivated and result-driven Ability to work independently Fluent English (spoken) Compensation Commission-based only Earn a percentage per closed client deal High earning potential depending on performance Commission structure will be discussed during interview (flexible based on experience and results) Preferred (Not Required) Experience with SaaS, marketing agencies, or IT services Existing client network Knowledge of AI / automation / web services How to Apply Please include: Your previous sales or closing experience Examples of deals you have closed (if any) Your approach to closing a cold lead Why you are interested in commission-based work Important Note We are looking for someone serious about performance and long-term collaboration.
