Capinity Partners Private Limited is a financial advisory and debt syndication firm serving clients across India. We are looking for a commission-based freelance lead sourcing partner to help us identify and refer high-ticket borrowers for large-value loan products. This is a lead sourcing role - you identify and refer qualified prospects who meet our eligibility criteria; our in-house credit and syndication team handles structuring, lender negotiation, documentation, and closing. What We're Sourcing Leads For Home Loans above ₹3 Crore Loan Against Property (LAP) above ₹3 Crore Unsecured Business Loans above ₹1 Crore Compensation 100% Commission-Based Earn upto 0.5% of the sanctioned loan amount per successfully disbursed case (final % depends on ticket size, product complexity, and how "closing-ready" the lead is) On a ₹3 Cr+ ticket, even a single closed case represents meaningful earnings — and India's HNI/self-employed borrower base means recurring deal flow is realistic once you build a referral pipeline No cap on the number of leads or deals you can bring in What You'll Do Identify and approach prospective borrowers (individuals and business owners) who fit our eligibility criteria Do a first-level filter on income/turnover, property/collateral, and intent before referring Share basic lead details (name, contact, loan requirement, approximate income/turnover) through our CRM or referral sheet Warm-introduce the lead to our advisory team for the discovery call Stay in the loop for status updates and help with follow-up where local relationships (CAs, builders, property dealers, business associations) can speed things up This Role Is NOT Responsible For Credit appraisal, structuring, or lender negotiation Loan documentation or disbursement follow-up with banks/NBFCs Closing calls or final sales conversations (our advisory team handles this) Who These Loans Are For (Eligibility Snapshot) Home Loan (more than ₹3 Cr) & Loan Against Property (more than ₹3 Cr) Income must justify the EMI - lenders typically cap total obligations (FOIR) at 70%-200% of gross monthly income, so for a ₹3 Cr+ loan you're generally looking at salaried applicants with monthly income upward of ₹2–5 lakh, or self-employed/business owners with equivalent net profit after add-backs Self-employed applicants: minimum 3 years of business continuity, clean ITRs, P&L and balance sheet CIBIL/credit score of 700+ preferred Good leads: HNIs, business owners, senior professionals, doctors, practicing CAs/CS/lawyers, promoters, NRIs — anyone buying or refinancing high-value residential/commercial property or looking to unlock funds against owned property Unsecured Business Loan (more than ₹1 Cr) The entity must be profitable (positive net profit in recent financials) — turnover alone isn't enough Annual turnover above ₹1 Crore At least 2–3 years of operational vintage, filed ITRs/GST returns, reasonably clean banking (no major bounces/overdue) Good leads: manufacturers, traders, service businesses, contractors, distributors — any profitable, GST-registered entity looking for working capital or expansion funding without pledging collateral (These are directional filters to help you qualify a lead before referring - our team does the final assessment.) Ideal Candidate Existing network or ability to build one among business owners, property buyers/sellers, HNIs, CAs, property consultants, or corporate professionals in India Prior experience in loan DSA work, real estate broking, wealth/insurance sales, or B2B referral-based sales is a strong plus Understands (or is willing to quickly learn) basic loan eligibility concepts - EMI, FOIR, turnover, profitability Comfortable with WhatsApp/CRM-based lead tracking and follow-up Self-motivated, trustworthy, and able to work independently with minimal supervision Fluent in Hindi and English; regional language skills are a bonus depending on your target geography Preferred Background DSA / loan referral experience Real estate broking or property consulting CA/CS/tax practice with access to business-owner clients Insurance or wealth management sales Corporate relationship management (business banking, SME banking) About Capinity Partners Private Limited Capinity Partners is a financial advisory and debt syndication firm founded by professionals with over a decade of banking experience across SME/MSME credit, working capital financing, and cross-border financial reporting.
