Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Commission Only We’re looking for an experienced, highly driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our tech startup. You’ll be responsible for outbound prospecting through cold calling, generating qualified meetings across our three core products. We have a clearly defined Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), established messaging, and a focused target market—your job is to consistently fill the pipeline with high-quality opportunities. This is a high-performance, commission-only role with ambitious KPIs. We’re looking for someone who thrives in an outbound environment, is resilient to rejection, and is motivated by uncapped earning potential rather than a fixed salary. Previous experience in B2B SaaS or technology sales, strong objection-handling skills, and excellent spoken English are essential. Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar is highly desirable.
