Commission-Only Sales Agent – Dubai (Distribution and Power Transformer Exports to Africa)

Description: We are a transformer manufacturer expanding exports into African markets and looking for a Dubai-based sales agent to connect us with relevant trading companies, EPC contractors, and distributors. What you'll do: Identify and approach Dubai-based electrical/power equipment trading companies with Africa market presence. Arrange introductory calls/meetings between us and decision-makers. Represent our product line (transformers — specs/catalog provided) in local B2B settings. Follow up on leads through to payment and delivery stage. Ideal candidate: Existing network in Dubai's electrical, power equipment, or industrial trading sector. Experience with EPC contractors or distributors serving African markets is a strong plus. Comfortable with commission-only structure (no fixed retainer). Compensation: Commission-based, 3–5% per closed deal (negotiable based on deal size), paid on receipt of payment and transformer delivery at site. No fixed salary.
