About the Role We're looking for a results-driven Sales Executive based in the US who can sell cutting-edge AI applications and industry-specific AI agents to forward-thinking businesses. This is a pure commission role — no base, no ceiling. If you understand AI's business value and know how to connect it to a buyer's pain, you'll thrive here. AnavClouds builds and deploys AI agents across industries — from sales automation and customer service to voice AI, operations, and analytics. You'll be selling solutions that are genuinely transforming how businesses operate. The product sells itself to the right buyer — your job is to find them and close them. What You'll Be Selling AI Agents for sales, customer support, HR, operations, and finance AI Voice Agents for inbound/outbound calling, lead qualification, and customer engagement Salesforce-native AI applications and intelligent CRM automation Custom AI workflow automation for industry-specific use cases AI analytics and reporting tools for data-driven decision making Target Industries: Healthcare · Real Estate · Financial Services · Retail & eCommerce · Logistics · Legal · Manufacturing · SaaS Companies What We're Looking For Experience Minimum 5+ years in B2B technology or software sales in the US market At least 2+ years specifically selling AI, automation, or intelligent software products Proven ability to close mid-market and enterprise deals independently Experience navigating multi-stakeholder sales cycles (IT + Business + C-suite) Existing network in any of the target industries is a significant advantage Skills & Traits Ability to articulate AI ROI in business terms — not just technical features Comfortable running discovery calls, live demos, and tailored proposals solo Strong consultative instinct — you diagnose before you prescribe Familiar with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, or similar CRMs Excellent communicator — written, verbal, and on video calls Mindset Commission-only is your preferred model — you back yourself Entrepreneurial, self-organized, and relentless in follow-through You stay current on the AI landscape — you can speak credibly about LLMs, agents, and automation trends You care about outcomes for clients, not just transactions Compensation 100% Commission — no base salary High ticket deal sizes — enterprise AI projects typically range $15K–$150K+ Recurring revenue on retainer and managed AI service contracts Uncapped earnings — scale as fast as you can close Performance bonuses for hitting quarterly milestones (discussed during onboarding) What We Provide Established brand — Salesforce Ridge Partner, 1,000+ projects, 12+ countries A compelling, demo-ready AI product portfolio across multiple verticals Sales collateral: decks, one-pagers, case studies, ROI calculators Pre-sales technical support for scoping, demos, and custom proposals Fast turnaround on pricing — no bureaucratic delays killing your deals A dedicated internal contact who moves as fast as you do Ideal Background (Any of These is a Plus) Previously sold at an AI startup, RPA company, or automation platform Sold into healthcare, real estate, finance, or logistics tech buyers Has closed deals sourced personally — not just from inbound pipelines Understands the difference between an AI chatbot and an AI agent (and can explain it to a CFO) This Role is NOT for You If… You need a base salary to stay active You've only done SDR/lead-gen work without owning the close You can't explain AI business value without leaning on a pre-sales engineer You're looking for a large corporate structure with layers of approval
