Commission-Only Sales Representative (Contractor Membership Programs) Overview We’re looking for a self-motivated salesperson to help grow two contractor membership programs. Your responsibility is to identify contractors, introduce our membership programs, follow up with prospects, and close annual subscriptions. This is a 100% commission-only opportunity for someone who enjoys prospecting and building relationships. ⸻ Responsibilities * Identify and contact qualified contractors and builders * Prospect through Facebook, Marketplace, email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels * Develop your own sales strategy and outreach process * Explain the membership program and its benefits * Follow up with prospects until a subscription is secured * Assist contractors with completing the signup process * Track your prospects and sales activity ⸻ Ideal Candidate * Experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or business development * Comfortable finding your own prospects * Strong written and spoken English * Self-motivated with little supervision * Confident using social media, email, and phone for outreach * Organized and persistent ⸻ Compensation * 100% Commission Only * Earn 20% commission on every paid subscriber * No income cap * Long-term opportunity with recurring membership programs ⸻ Important This is not a position where leads, scripts, or a sales process are provided.
