We are a software company that builds trucking software for carriers. A lot of trucking software was built for brokers and forced onto carriers. We did the opposite. We built ours from scratch for how carriers actually run, and we tailor it to each one. We win on focus, customization, real support, and price. The story sells. We need someone to get it in front of more carriers. The role We want a hunter who keeps our pipeline full. You run cold outreach and LinkedIn social selling, start conversations with carriers, and book qualified demos. Our team runs the demos and closes the deals. You get paid when they close. This is an ongoing role for a steady daily driver. Show up, work the list, follow up relentlessly, and treat it like your own book of business. What you will do · Daily cold outreach to trucking carriers by email and phone · LinkedIn and other social selling. Connect, start conversations, stay top of mind · Follow up, then follow up again. Most deals live in the follow-up · Book qualified demos with owners, VPs, and ops managers · Keep the CRM clean and log your activity What we provide · Target lists and lead data so you are not starting from scratch · CRM access and the outreach tools you need · Messaging, talk tracks, and collateral · A team that runs the demos and closes what you book · A product that is easy to get excited about Who we want Trucking knowledge is the big one. If you have worked in or around carriers, logistics, freight, or fleet operations, you already speak the language. That beats a polished SaaS resume. You should be a real hunter, organized and consistent, a natural communicator, and self-driven. Selling software or TMS into trucking before is a bonus. Compensation Commission only, with two ways to earn. You get $300 for every qualified demo you book and our team runs, plus 10% of first-year contract value when that carrier signs. You get paid for the work right away and earn the real money when deals close. No cap on either side. How to apply Keep it short and real. Tell us: 1.
