Commission-based Sales Reps

This is a job posting for a remote sales role (B2B SaaS). I own Settrhouse and am hiring around 3-5 cold callers to sell the product to tuition centres. https://settrhouse.com - Paid on a monthly recurring commission. The deal sizes are between £100-£1000+, and I'll be paying 30% commission instead of the usual 10-15% from other jobs since there isn't a base pay and profit margin is very large. - EXAMPLE: So for a deal of £500 p/m (average size), you'd get £150 p/m as long as the client stays. I myself have done 100 cold calls, 15 of them interested, 1 meeting done, 2 waiting to buy later on in August (because of the academic year). So say you do 50 cold calls a day, and out of the 200 calls in a week 1 deal is closed, 4 deals a month, that's £600 going to your account every month as long as the client stays. If you cold call for 2 months and then stop working, that's £1200 hitting your bank account every month without you doing anything. It's less of a 'you are working for me as a sales rep' and more of a 'you are working with me as a sales channel partnership' - the better the company does, the better you do. - Out of this cohort, first person to close a deal will get 50% monthly recurring commission of that deal. - Work from anywhere you want. - Not the usual 9-5 misery, you can cold call with your friends and make money together, or compare cold call stats, main thing is to get volume in and get meetings booked. - Islamic perspective: This job is shariah-compliant.
