Job Title: Community Manager (TikTok Content Posting & Performance Tracking) Job Description: We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Community Manager to join our team. Your main responsibility will be managing and posting content on TikTok accounts while strictly following our internal procedures. Responsibilities: * Post content on multiple TikTok accounts according to our guidelines * Ensure all uploads follow our established process and quality standards * Monitor and report performance metrics (views, engagement, etc.) * Identify and report any issues or irregularities to management promptly * Maintain consistency and organization in daily tasks Requirements: * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Professional attitude and ability to follow structured procedures * Reliable high-speed internet connection * Availability of at least 3 hours per day, 7 days a week * Ability to communicate clearly and report effectively Compensation: * $100 per week Preferred: * Previous experience managing social media accounts (especially TikTok) * Basic understanding of social media analytics If you are disciplined, consistent, and comfortable working with structured and repetitive tasks, we would love to hear from you.
