Community Moderation & Trust & Safety Consultant (Discord / Real-Time Social Platform)

We are building Facelynk, a real-time social platform featuring live rooms, livestreams, random video matching, chat, and virtual gifting. We are looking for an experienced Community & Trust & Safety consultant to help us design and implement a scalable moderation framework before public launch. This is not a traditional community management role. We already have the engineering infrastructure for moderation. We need someone to help define the policies, operating procedures, moderator playbooks, and enforcement standards that will guide our moderation team. # Responsibilities - Review our existing moderation system and provide recommendations. - Design comprehensive Community Guidelines. - Create moderator Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). - Build a warning, suspension, and permanent ban framework. - Define escalation paths for high-risk incidents. -- Design moderation workflows for: -- Live Rooms -- Livestreams -- Random Video Matching -- Chat -- User Profiles - Create appeal and false-positive review procedures. - Recommend moderator roles, permissions, and staffing structure. - Define moderator KPIs and quality assurance processes. - Identify gaps in our current moderation approach and suggest improvements.
