Compact Reactor System Design

are looking for an experienced process/mechanical engineer to design a compact pilot-scale system for handling, mixing and reacting a dry powder with water. Scope includes: * Powder reservoir/hopper with reliable screw/auger discharge * Integration of the powder discharge with an existing rotary airlock/feeder * Solid–liquid mixing unit for controlled and homogeneous wetting of the powder * Jacketed reaction vessel with provision for cooling, gas separation and slurry handling * Integration with an existing downstream slurry discharge valve * Practical design considering powder flow, clogging, cleanability, heat removal and manufacturability The flange/interface dimensions to the existing feeder and slurry valve will be provided. Expected output is a complete mechanical concept, 3D CAD and fabrication-ready drawings/BOM. Experience with powder handling, reactors, slurry systems and small-scale chemical equipment is strongly preferred.
