Overview I’m looking for an experienced researcher to complete a paid trial sprint for a health AI / digital health program focused on international companies exploring US market entry. This is not a generic lead-generation project. I am looking for judgment, not volume. The goal is to identify high-quality ecosystem/referral contacts and company prospects that are relevant to a paid US market-entry or buyer-readiness program for mature health AI, digital health, medtech, diagnostics, SaMD, and regulated healthcare technology companies. Trial project scope For this initial sprint, please research: 1. 15 relevant ecosystem, sponsor, trade, investor, or reviewer organizations 2. 15 qualified company prospects The deliverable should include approximately: * 30–45 relevant contacts across the 15 organizations * 15 company prospects that appear mature enough for a paid program * source links and rationale for every entry * recommended outreach angle for each contact or company If the trial is strong, this may expand into a larger APAC research project covering 75–100 organizations, 150–250 contacts, and 50–75 qualified company prospects. Priority geographies for the trial Please prioritize: * Singapore * Hong Kong * Japan * Australia * India Secondary markets may include Malaysia, Thailand, South Korea, Taiwan, Indonesia, Vietnam, and the Philippines if highly relevant. Company qualification criteria Company prospects should not be idea-stage startups. Please prioritize companies that appear mature enough to invest in a paid US market-entry or buyer-readiness program. A strong company prospect should meet at least 3 of the following 5 criteria: 1. Seed+ funding, meaningful grant funding, or visible commercial revenue 2. Live product, pilots, customers, or clinical validation underway 3. Enterprise healthcare relevance, such as selling to providers, payers, pharma, medtech, life sciences, employers, or healthcare systems 4. Regulated, clinical, evidence, privacy, security, AI governance, or buyer-trust complexity 5. Clear US-entry or international expansion signal Best-fit categories include: * Health AI * Digital health * SaMD * Diagnostics * Medtech software * Clinical workflow AI * Remote patient monitoring * Digital biomarkers * AI-enabled medical devices * Regulated healthcare software * Pharma-facing AI * Provider or payer enterprise software with clinical, regulatory, privacy, or evidence complexity Please deprioritize: * Idea-stage companies * Student projects * Generic wellness apps * Supplements, fitness, or coaching-only businesses * Local services businesses * Clinic chains without a scalable technology product * Staffing marketplaces * Companies with no visible product, traction, funding, customers, pilots, or expansion intent Organization/contact research criteria Please identify contacts who could plausibly do one or more of the following: * Refer relevant companies * Promote the program to a founder or startup community * Introduce ecosystem partners, sponsors, or reviewers * Support companies exploring US expansion * Participate as an expert reviewer or advisor * Sponsor or support a curated founder cohort Relevant organizations may include: * Startup ecosystem organizations * Healthtech or digital health accelerators * University commercialization groups * Trade agencies and export bodies * Government innovation agencies * Venture funds with healthtech, AI, medtech, or deep tech interest * Corporate innovation programs * Hospital or health system innovation teams * Medtech, biotech, digital health, or AI associations * Founder communities and startup platforms * Cloud, compliance, legal, banking, or clinical evidence partners Required fields for contacts Please provide: * Account name * Account category * City / country * Contact name * Contact title * Organization * LinkedIn URL * Email address, if verified * Email verification source or confidence level * Why this person is relevant * Recommended outreach angle * Source URL supporting relevance * Suggested outreach channel * Priority level: Tier 1, Tier 2, or Tier 3 Required fields for company prospects Please provide: * Company name * Website * Headquarters / primary market * Product category * Brief product description * Stage or funding signal, if available * Traction signal, if available * Evidence of US-entry or international expansion intent * Which of the 5 qualification criteria the company appears to meet * Why the company appears relevant * Why the company appears mature enough for a paid program * Founder / CEO / commercial lead contact * LinkedIn URL * Email, if verified * Source URLs * Priority level: Tier 1, Tier 2, or Tier 3 What I do not want Please do not provide: * Generic scraped lead lists * Thousands of unqualified contacts * Contacts without rationale * Company lists with no maturity or budget qualification * Junior contacts unless they clearly own the relevant program * Outdated or unverifiable information * Mass outbound automation * Lists built only from Apollo or LinkedIn exports without manual review Tools You should bring your own research and enrichment tools. Please include which tools you use and whether tool access is included in your project fee. Deliverable Final deliverable should be provided in Google Sheets, Airtable, or Excel.
