Complete Airbnb-Style Short Stay Website Build / Modern UI Redesign

The website has already been started using a rental/accommodation theme, and the property images are already uploaded. I am a web designer myself, but I do not have time to finish the project properly. The current theme feels outdated compared to Airbnb, so I need someone who can improve the design, layout, and user experience — not just upload content. There will be approximately 6 live properties. For now, I do not need full online booking or payments. I need guests to be able to view properties, check/request dates, and send enquiries. Main tasks: * Complete the website from start to finish * Improve the overall UI so it feels more modern and Airbnb-style * Remove demo/template content * Improve the individual property page layouts * Set up approximately 6 property listings * Add enquiry forms for date/booking requests * Add spam protection, such as Google reCAPTCHA * Recommend and set up suitable security, backup, SEO, SMTP, and performance plugins * Connect/sync Airbnb calendars where possible using iCal * Set up Google Maps correctly * Create a clean, simple blog layout * Add one sample FAQ-style blog post * Make the site mobile responsive and ready for Google Ads traffic * Set up or advise on enquiry/conversion tracking I want a clean, reliable setup without unnecessary plugins.
