Complex Financial Models for Real Estate

We are looking for an experienced financial modeling expert with strong expertise in real estate projects, particularly in Saudi Arabia. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing customized financial models from scratch based on assumptions provided by the client, while following the structure and format of our existing models and tailoring each model to the client's specific requirements. The role also requires participating in regular client calls to explain the model, discuss updates, and implement revisions throughout the engagement until the project is completed. Please note that the models can be highly complex; however, all key assumptions and project inputs will be provided by the client. The ideal candidate should have advanced Excel skills, proven experience building complex real estate financial models, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while meeting project deadlines.
