Summary

Looking for an experienced operations/product management consultant to build a custom management dashboard and operating system in compiled from Excel. The system will manage multiple major product lines, each product line with varying categories inside of it and currently on their own purchasing spreadsheets updated via an excel upload. Dashboard to include overview, KPIs, weekly priorities, flags on estimated totals by categories possibly lumped together by like items . Looking for someone who can first understand my workflow and then design a practical system—not just build a generic template.
