Summary

We are looking for a freelance construction cost estimator with strong expertise in Revit. The ideal candidate should be highly proficient in quantity take-offs and cost estimation based on BIM models (Revit), and able to work remotely on a regular basis. We ask interested candidates to provide: - Examples of Revit-based projects they have worked on; - Samples of quantity take-offs and cost estimations produced from Revit models; - Their hourly rate. Experience in construction economics and BIM workflows is essential.
