Construction Estimating and Takeoffs Specialist

I am looking to start a service that helps residential builders in the United States assemble their budgets. This is an area that's a big battle neck for a lot of builders. The builder would provide us with their floor plans and selection schedule. It will then be our job to solicit the bids from the subs or vendors, proof those bids, and ask any clarifying questions, and then assemble the bids in a sheet we can hand to the builder for final approval. I'm looking for somebody with deep experience in this area. You must have a solid understanding of residential construction. You must be able to look at a set of floor plans and truly understand what it is you're looking at. I want somebody who is so good and experienced you could train me instead of the other way around. I am looking for somebody that has extensive experience in: soliciting bids proofreading floor plans confirming the quote matches the desired scope I'm also looking for somebody with take-off experience. In particular the items that we would consider doing in-house take-offs would be: framing trim materials You must have experience using a takeoff tool like Blue Beam or something similar. You must also be experienced being on the phone as you will need to clarify certain items with the builder and with subcontractors. This may be through email, text message, or phone calls. Must be willing to work on Eastern Standard hours. This is an ground-level opportunity so in the beginning I do not need a lot of hours but I hope it can take off and grow into needing eventually multiple people full-time.
