Construction Estimator (Full-Time) – Join Our New Takeoff Department

We help small U.S. construction businesses estimate jobs faster with an AI assisted system, and we need an experienced estimator to be the quality control behind it. You will not do takeoffs from scratch. You will check the AI's takeoffs and estimates, catch what is wrong, and correct it. Full time, long term, remote. 🛑 NON NEGOTIABLE - Work same time as our team 9am - 5pm est - If this works for you, continue reading. ✅ What you will do • Check AI generated takeoffs against the plans, line by line, and fix what is wrong (quantities, missed scope, bad assumptions). • Quote remodeling jobs from photos plus a short scope (example: "replace kitchen backsplash, about 18 linear feet, white subway tile"), then compare the AI's version to yours. • Across all major residential trades: flooring, tile, paint, drywall, framing, roofing, concrete, plumbing, electrical, and more. • Report clearly on Slack where the estimate went wrong so our team can improve the system. 🎯 You must have • 3+ years estimating and quantity takeoffs in U.S. residential construction. • Strong across all major trades, comfortable with takeoff software (PlanSwift, Bluebeam, or similar). • Reliable, with predictable daily availability and overlap during U.S. business hours.
